Feefo boosts reviews with new customer welcome packs

As the world’s largest verified buyer review platform, Feefo knows how important it is to create a memorable customer experience. To ensure they get off to a good start with their own new clients, Chief Product and Marketing Officer Kerry Leighton-Bailey asked Pressplus to produce a high-quality welcome pack they could send out to new partners and enterprise subscribers.

The brief was to find high-quality gifts that could be branded with the Feefo logo and then assembled into a luxury presentation box and shipped to each new customer.

We worked with Kerry to source a variety of high-quality products that people could appreciate and actually use. The thoughtful selection included a sustainable water bottle, shortbread cookie treats, a leather-bound journal and a power bank. Pressplus coordinated the ordering process so that all the items would arrive in a timely manner. We also managed the printing process to add the Feefo branding to each item.

Feefo’s in-house design team created the overall design and visual identity direction. Then, given the dimension requirements and sample products, our cardboard engineer created a prototype and cutter guides for the outer box and foam inserts.

The Feefo branding was also incorporated into the outer band, which was customised to each individual recipient. We printed labels, assembled the boxes and carefully packed each item. Pressplus also took care of the shipping and distribution.

Extra stock was sent to the team at Feefo so they can ship more as they onboard new clients.

“I’ve worked with Phil and the Pressplus team for many years”, says Kerry. “There’s a lot of running around and coordination required in a project like this, so I appreciate they are definitely doing more than just printing! We wanted to produce something memorable that our new clients would appreciate and we were really pleased with the end result.”
